For one of our Clients - one of a leading global healthcare company we are looking for the Candidates for the position of: Network Operations Center Engineer.

Responsibilites:

• Help building and maturing the new internal capability for Network Operations,
• Create, contribute, and maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures,
• Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network functionality,
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner, following established procedures and protocols,
• Collaborate with other IT teams, including Network Architects, Systems Engineers, and Security Analysts, to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems,
• Configure, install, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers,
• Participate in capacity planning and network design discussions to ensure scalability and reliability of the network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in network operations and engineering (at least 2-3 years), with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching in a mostly Cisco environment,
• SDA / DNA Center experience will be a big plus,
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equiva-lent experience; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) preferred, but not mandatory,
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., Solarwinds, SNMP, Net-Flow, Wireshark),
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN technologies,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively,
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python) is a plus.
