For one of our Clients - a leading global player in the automotive sector with more than 300,000 employees, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of: Support Desktop Operating Systems/Network Hand&Eyes.

Responsiblities:

• Provide deskside support Services for Desktop at the End User's work location,
• Manage the problem to resolution or closure,
• Perform first Operating System installation on Desktop,
• Perform software update/installation/removal,
• Support rollouts and upgrades of LAN Network equipment,
• Provide the network on-site support in resolving incident and problems related to LAN,
• Perform LAN network equipment installation operations, that cannot be performed remotely,
• Keep documentation of IP addresses tables for network HW.

Requirements:

• Familiar with OS installation/configuration, application installation (MS Office, VISO etc.),
• Familiar with problem solving in Windows, 
• Familiar with assisting during Cisco solving problems (connecting laptop to console, setting Teams meeting),
• Knowledge of performing LAN network,
• Posibility to Stand-by 24/7
• Driving license B
• Language: Polish native / english
